Why Training?

Working with young people can be time consuming and exhausting. It's easy to think you don't have time to do anything else. But we owe it to ourselves and the young people we serve to take some time out occasionally to get ourselves refreshed and resourced.

What's On Offer?

We want to make it as easy as possible for youth leaders in Cambridge and District to get access to the best quality training. Our Source Monthly meetings offer bite sized training and ideas to help keep you topped up. But we also aim to link up with established national events and conferences, by assisting with transport and booking.
