We're lining up a top selection of guest speakers including:

Jill Garrett - Thriving on the Leadership Journey
Jill Garrett is one of the UK's foremost authorities on leadership development. She works with national and international leaders in business, the church, voluntary and government organisations. Her passion is to enable others to recognise and realise more of their potential.

Nigel Pimlott - Managing Challenging Behaviour
The National Youth Work Development Advisor with Frontier Youth Trust, Nigel is an experience researcher, trainer and resource writer. His work focuses upon the well-being and spiritual development of young people. He is a passionate supporter of Manchester City football club!

Martins Hills - Drugs and Alcohol Awareness
Martin is the youth minister at Chelmford Baptist Church, overseeing their work with 11-19 year olds. He was previously the Senior Outreach worker for a young persons drug and alcohol service. Martin is married to Carita, a primary school teacher, they have four children and a large dog!
