Age restrictions & access
*Parents are advised that anyone with a ticket is free to come and go from the building as they please. If you want your son or daughter to remain on site at all times, please make this arrangement with them or their youth worker, the organisers and volunteers can not be held responsible for the behaviour and whereabouts of guests

Buying tickets
*Filling out the online form does not guarantee tickets. To complete a booking and guarantee tickets the purchaser must send payment to the specified address. Should payment arrive after tickets have sold out, for what ever reason, we will inform you that you have been unsuccessful in purchasing tickets for this event

*You have 14 days from the day of your online booking to send payment. Following this date your booking will simply be deleted from our system.

*We will attempt to resell tickets in the event of cancellation. If tickets are re-sold before Tuesday March 23rd we will refund your money. Tickets will not be refunded beyond this date or if we are unable to re-sell your ticket, except in exceptional circumstances. If you feel this applies to you please email us here.
*You can only guarantee the number of tickets requested by paying for that number in full, excluding additional tickets included in the youth work package and family deals

Family Tickets

*The free ticket is for an attending parent/guardian & their family name must be given (although the children being brought can also be family friends). A maximum of two adults per family ticket. People attending by family ticket will be checked on the door, anyone using tickets as unintended will be politely asked to pay for the fifth ticket.
